Acne/Spot Treatment
This lightweight gel brings out an eruption, and allows you to move through the process with your usual grace and air of drama. Thank you, next!

Almond Oil
No particular brand needed, this multi-tasker can be applied straight to dry skin as an oil cleanser. Use a damp washcloth to remove to your liking. Have used this one with success.
Aloe Vera
Straight from the plant if you can get it, this natural humectant is a powerful plant based moisturiser and can be spread from head to toe for a hydrating, dewy glow everyday. Use to treat sun kissed skins, senstive, chemo friendly, tween, oily or breakout prone skins. This is a beautiful ingredient to seek in your natural skincare products.
Here are some of my faves:
Hark and Zander HempHydrate Refreshing Gel Toner layer under your chosen oils/moisturiser for an added boost of hydration and toning
Mukti Aloe Vera Moisturiser perfect moisturiser for oily skins or if you find your skin going shiny through the day or need a mattifying primer
Wotnot 30 SPF Natural Face Sunscreen & BB Cream a lovely SPF for under makeup with aloe for added hydration
alpha hydroxy acid
← Love this little gem for resurfacing skin, allowing skincare to be absorbed, makeup to glide on, and general fresh face feels. Use 1-2 a week, my fave?

I used throughout chemo but please take care and patch test.
Avocado oil
Look for this baby when you need to replace lost hydration, natural bounce, or experiencing dryness. I love this power punch in my face, hair and body products. My faves:
Crown Curly Conditioner the best in class conditioner for natural and chemo curls. Hands down.
Ere Perez Carrot Colour Pot my fave colour is harmony tap over cheeks, lips, eyes to add colour and juiciness!
Raww Super Hydrate-ME Cleansing Oil this lovely and affordable oil gives beautiful slip for an all over face massage to melt away makeup and then emulsify with water for a hydrating finish.
Anti-inflammatory
Your skincare should not claim to be anti-inflammatory! Yes, there are ingredients that are more calming— think oat based formulas for example— good for dry skin conditions, or to replenish your skin, but look out for these therapeutic claims. If you are a brand watch out your aren’t promising the earth too!
Alright, what do you think? Is this you? It’s me, applies skincare waits for immediate change.
